This course introduces learners to the principles and practices of planning, funding, operating, and evaluating events that reside within the sport industry and entertainment industry. This course utilizes an experiential model to involve learners in the activities of event planning and management. Students will have the opportunity to plan and execute a sports and entertainment event during the semester.
