Through reading texts, experimenting with various tools and techniques, participating in live webinars, and watching online lectures, students receive an overview of the entire program, as well as the field of Happiness Studies. Additionally, they will take a first step on the journey of psychological development, learn to navigate subsequent courses, and receive the theoretical and practical foundation for the rest of the program.
